1. Level 1 – Beginner (Foundations of Breath Awareness)
Overview:
This level introduces you to the science, technique, and philosophy of breath. You’ll explore traditional yogic pranayama practices and learn how breath influences the body-mind system.
What You’ll Learn:
Basic pranayama techniques like Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, Bhramari
Understanding the breath-energy connection (prana & nadis)
Breath awareness and body scanning
How to guide short breath sessions safely for beginners

Advanced techniques like Ujjayi, Surya Bhedana, Chandra Bhedana
Conscious connected breathing and rebirthing styles
Breathwork for emotional release, trauma healing, and heart opening
Holding space for 1:1 and group healing sessions
Integrating breath with sound, movement, and meditation
